    This Site is authorized by the Hellenic Community of Ottawa. Your access to and use of this website and its contents (the “Site”) is subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use. Your participation in the above activities signifies that you (the “User”) accept and agree to these without any limitation or qualification. Please note we may change information on this Site and/or these Terms, at any time without notice. You should regularly review these Terms for any changes.

    We respect concerns about the privacy of your personal information by the HELLENIC COMMUNITY OF OTTAWA, and will not sell or reproduce any information to any other party.
  3. General Restrictions
    You may not copy, reproduce, reuse, retransmit, adapt, publish, frame, post, upload, modify, broadcast or distribute any content on this Site (the “Content”) in any way, including for any public or commercial purpose whatsoever, without our prior written permission.
    i. You may not use any third parties’ likenesses, names, and/or properties without their express permission.
    ii. You may not send any material to the Site that is unlawful, harmful (including any virus), threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, indecent or profane or that could constitute or encourage a violation of any law.
    iii. We may review, edit or delete materials you or others send to this Site, but are not obligated to do so.
    iv. We may cancel any registration(s) or account(s) on this Site at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if technical problems, irregularities or misuse occur or illegibility due to being under the age of 18.
  4. Rules of Play
    The proceeds go to the Ottawa Hellenic Charitable programs.
    The winning numbers will be drawn and take place after church service on June 5th, 2022. A YouTube link will be uploaded before the draw date on ottawagreekraffle.ca.
    Winners can claim winning number at the Hellenic Banquet Center on or after June 5th, 2022.
    All claimed prizes are issued as a cheque to the ticket buyer.
    Winners must provide the original ticket (NO PHOTOCOPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED). Two pieces of personal ID to authenticate your identity and your age will be required.
    Unclaimed tickets will be held until January 5, 2023. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to a charity not affiliated with the HCO.

    Raffle tickets are sold online or by calling the HCO office during regular business hours.
    Winning tickets cannot be tampered with (we reserve all rights to deny winning ticket if the ticket has been reproduced or changed from original format.
    No cash advances or cash back.
